Fleur Honeywill has over 20 years of experience in the mining value chain. She has 15 years of senior executive management track record in gold and coal mining. Fleur has worked for Ingwe Coal Limited, Harmony Gold Mining Limited and was CEO and founding shareholder of a junior coal mining company.

She has taken projects from coal prospecting through to opening new mines. In addition to having knowledge of mineral laws, Fleur has also consulted to international investors on the viability of greenfield mining projects in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Her approach is to work backwards from FOB price, along the supply chain and value chain to the mine site. This involves building an indicative financial model to ascertain project profitability. In addition to mining value chain knowledge, Fleur has also started and managed a number of small businesses.
