Khopotso is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. He served his articles at Gildenhuys Malatji Attorneys, where he dealt with commercial litigation and insurance law. He further served as an associate at Ditsela Incorporated Attorneys, where he expanded his practice in commercial litigation and insurance law.

Khopotso then went on to handle conveyancing matters at Adams & Adams (which is a large multinational law firm).
