This prestigious distinction identifies him as an exceptional and emerging leader in his domain. The Lex-Falcon Awards, presented by the LexTalk platform, are granted to deserving legal professionals and practitioners for their immense contributions to the global legal industry.

The selection process involves the nomination of candidates to an awards committee, which evaluates their overall impact on the legal sector, their innovative approaches, and the forward-thinking nature of their contributions.

As the Managing Partner of Tokyo Ndlela Attorneys, Tokyo oversees a diverse range of practice areas, including commercial law, mining law, and petroleum law. With extensive experience handling intricate commercial transactions in Africa and Europe, he has established himself as an expert in his field. Tokyo holds a Master of Laws in Environmental Law from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Business Administration from IU International University of Applied Sciences, based in Germany.
